So every Wed night is date night for Nathan and I, thanks to Kathy!! HOORAY!! Anyway, tonight we decided to do dinner at SouperSalad. I used to have SouperSalad at least once a week when my office was located in Dallas. I LOVED it! A light meal, healthy, variety, inexpensive, what more could you ask for?? There was no SouperSalad in WA, among other things, so when I saw it last week I told Nathan we HAVE to go there!SO SAD!!! It was absolutely horrible! Limp salads, hard bread, and the soups had about a 1/2 inch think top on it. YUCK!! What a disappointment! :( So we part ways SouperSalad and me. No more!! It's a sad day! Perhaps I will let Nathan choose the spot for dinner next week!!
